Terms of Service

1. Legal Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between you and Khora Design Lab (the "Company", "We") regarding your use of the Dimens mobile application (the "App") and related services. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you represent that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms.

2. License and Intellectual Property

Right to Use: The Company grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App.

Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in the App (including software, design, code, algorithms, and trademarks) belong exclusively to Khora Design Lab.

Prohibitions: You are strictly prohibited from:

• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or copying the App's source code.
• Using the App to develop a competing product or service.
• Bypassing or manipulating the App's security measures.

3. Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify Khora Design Lab, its officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, responsibilities, expenses, or debts (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the App, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third party's rights.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Khora Design Lab be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or service interruption. The Company's total liability to you, if any, shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the last 6 months.

5. Pricing and Future Subscriptions

The App is currently offered free of charge with all core features. Paid subscription models may be introduced in the future for advanced features. When paid features go live, payments are processed via the relevant app store (App Store); refunds and subscription cancellations are subject to Apple's standard terms and conditions. Any changes to pricing and subscription terms will be communicated in advance.

6. Nature of Service and Disclaimer ("AS-IS")

No measurement accuracy or warranty. The App and all data it provides (measurements, floor plans, 3D models, etc.) are provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". Khora Design Lab gives no express or implied warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the measurements.

The Company is in no way liable for:

• Errors in construction, renovation, or architectural projects,
• Material waste or incorrect orders,
• Material damage, injury, or harm caused to third parties

based on data obtained through the App. In professional use, verifying all measurements with calibrated physical tools (tape measure, laser meter, etc.) is the user's personal responsibility.
