Delete Your Account & Data

This page explains how to delete your Dimens account and the data associated with it. Dimens is operated by Khora Design Lab. You can delete your account at any time, directly from within the app.
1. How to Request Deletion
To permanently delete your account and all associated data from within the app:
- Open Dimens and sign in with Google or Apple.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Open Settings and scroll down to the "Danger Zone".
- Tap "Delete Account" and confirm.
Prefer email? You can also request deletion by writing to us from your registered email address; we complete the request within 30 days: support@dimens.app
2. What Data Is Deleted
Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. We delete:
- Profile data: name, email address, phone number and avatar
- All projects and room scans (measurements and 3D models)
- Report photos and PDF exports
- Organization membership and role
- Push notification token
- Your authentication record (Google / Apple sign-in)
3. What Is Retained, and For How Long
- Deactivation option: if you choose "Deactivate" instead of "Delete", your data is kept for 30 days so you can recover your account, then permanently deleted.
- Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics that are not linked to your name or email may be retained for product analytics.
- Residual copies in encrypted backups are removed within 30 days.
4. Deleting Specific Data (Without Deleting Your Account)
You don't have to delete your whole account. You can remove individual items a project, a room scan, a report, or a photo directly in the app while keeping your account:
- Open Dimens and go to your projects.
- Select the project or scan you want to remove.
- Use the Delete option and confirm.
- The selected item and its files are permanently removed from our servers.
